Official Terms & Conditions

By participating in the HIGH CULTURED® – SYSTEM REBOOT GIVEAWAY (“Giveaway”), participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Organizer

  • This Giveaway is organized by HIGH CULTURED® (“Organizer”) through its official Instagram account, @highcultured.

2. Giveaway Platform

  • This Giveaway is held exclusively on Instagram. Only entries submitted through Instagram during the official campaign period will be considered valid.
  • Entries submitted through other platforms, private messages, comments on unrelated posts, or any unofficial channels will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • This Giveaway is open only to participants who are able to provide a valid delivery address within Malaysia.
  • Participants must have a valid and active Instagram account. The Instagram account used to participate must remain public from the time of entry until the winner has been officially announced and verified.
  • Private accounts may not be eligible, as HIGH CULTURED® may not be able to verify whether the participant has completed all required steps.
  • If a selected winner is unable to provide a valid Malaysia delivery address, HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another eligible winner.

4. Campaign Period

  • The Giveaway will begin on 10 July 2026 and will end on 16 July 2026 at 11:59 PM (GMT+8), Malaysia Time.
  • All entries must be submitted before the closing date and time. Entries received after 16 July 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) will not be accepted.
  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to amend the campaign period if necessary.

5. How to Participate

  • To participate in the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:
    1. Follow @highcultured on Instagram.
    2. Comment an answer to the question:
      “If the world had a SYSTEM REBOOT, I would…”
    3. Tag three (3) friends in the same comment.
    4. Share the Giveaway post to Instagram Story.
    5. Tag @highcultured in the Instagram Story share.
  • All steps must be completed within the campaign period for the entry to be considered valid.
  • Incomplete entries, unclear entries, or entries that do not follow the required format may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HIGH CULTURED®.

6. Comment Requirement

  • Participants must provide an original answer to the Giveaway question:

“If the world had a SYSTEM REBOOT, I would…”

  • The answer must be written clearly in the comment section of the official Giveaway post.
  • Answers that are incomplete, unrelated, offensive, inappropriate, copied, spam-like, or do not answer the question properly may be deemed invalid.
  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to determine whether an answer meets the creativity, originality, and suitability requirements of the Giveaway.

7. Tagging Requirement

  • Each valid entry must include three (3) friends tagged in the same comment.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that the tagged accounts are valid and visible on Instagram.
  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain fake accounts, inactive accounts, spam accounts, giveaway accounts, brand accounts, or inappropriate tagged accounts.

8. Instagram Story Requirement

  • Participants must share the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @highcultured.
  • Participants must ensure that HIGH CULTURED® is able to view the Instagram Story share. If the participant’s account is private or if the tag is not visible to HIGH CULTURED®, the Story share may not be verified.
  • Participants are advised to keep their Instagram Story visible for the full 24-hour Story period.
  • HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for any entry that cannot be verified due to private account settings, missing tags, expired Stories, technical errors, or other Instagram-related issues.

9. Multiple Entries

  • Participants may submit multiple comments. Each qualifying comment will be treated as a separate entry.
  • Each comment must include a different answer to the Giveaway question and must tag three (3) friends. Participants may tag the same three (3) friends in multiple entries.
  • Duplicate answers, copied entries, spam comments, or automated entries may not be counted as valid entries.
  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that appear to be spam, automated, duplicated, or submitted through unfair methods.

10. Winner Selection

  • A total of one (1) winner will be selected from valid Instagram entries only.
  • The winner will be selected by HIGH CULTURED® based on the following criteria:
    1. Creativity of the answer.
    2. Originality of the answer.
    3. Relevance to the “SYSTEM REBOOT” concept.
    4. Completion of all Giveaway requirements.
    5. Compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The winner will not be selected randomly unless otherwise stated by HIGH CULTURED®.
  • All decisions made by HIGH CULTURED® regarding winner selection shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

11. Winner Announcement

  • The winner will be announced on 24 July 2026 at 3:00 PM (GMT+8), Malaysia Time through the official HIGH CULTURED® Instagram account.
  • The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @highcultured.
  • Participants are responsible for checking the winner announcement and their Instagram Direct Messages.
  • HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible if a winner fails to notice, read, or respond to the winner notification.

12. Winner Response Period

  • The selected winner must respond to HIGH CULTURED® within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the winner announcement is published on the official @highcultured Instagram account.
  • If a winner fails to respond within the stated period, provides incomplete details, refuses the prize, cannot be contacted, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.

13. Prize Details

  • There will be one (1) winner in total.
  • The winner will receive one (1) HIGH CULTURED® cap, subject to available stock.
  • The cap design and color will be selected by HIGH CULTURED® based on available stock at the time of fulfilment.
  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to determine the final cap design and color provided to the winner.

14. Prize Availability

  • The prize is subject to availability.
  • If the intended cap is unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, damaged, or unsuitable for fulfilment, HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to replace it with another cap or item of similar value at its sole discretion.
  • Any replacement prize may differ in design, color, or category from the originally intended cap.

15. Prize Terms

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, voucher, or any other form of compensation.
  • The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to another person or request a cash replacement.
  • Requests to change or exchange the cap will not be accepted, including at any HIGH CULTURED® physical store, outlet, retail location, event booth, or through any face-to-face arrangement.

16. Delivery

  • The prize will only be delivered to a valid Malaysia address.
  • The winner must provide accurate delivery details, including full name, contact number, complete address, postcode, city, and state.
  • HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delayed deliveries, lost parcels, incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by inaccurate details provided by the winner.
  • If a parcel is returned to HIGH CULTURED® due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, any additional reshipping cost shall be borne by the winner.

17. Verification

  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to verify all entries, participants, and the selected winner at any time.
  • Participants may be required to provide proof that they have completed the required Giveaway steps, including but not limited to following @highcultured, commenting on the official Giveaway post, tagging three friends, and sharing the post to Instagram Story.
  • Failure to provide verification when requested may result in disqualification.

18. Disqualification

  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that is found to be:
    1. Incomplete or invalid.
    2. Duplicate or spam-like.
    3. Fraudulent or misleading.
    4. Submitted using fake accounts or giveaway accounts.
    5. Submitted using bots, scripts, automation, or unfair methods.
    6. Offensive, inappropriate, abusive, or harmful.
    7. Non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions.
    8. In violation of Instagram’s community guidelines or terms of use.
  • No further notice is required for disqualification.

19. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that their entries are complete, accurate, visible, and submitted within the campaign period.
  • Participants are also responsible for ensuring that their Instagram account settings allow HIGH CULTURED® to verify their entry.
  • HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for entries that are lost, hidden, deleted, restricted, blocked, filtered, or unable to be verified due to Instagram settings, technical issues, or user error.

20. Promotional Usage Rights

  • By participating in this Giveaway, participants grant HIGH CULTURED® the right to repost, share, publish, display, or use their comments, usernames, Instagram handles, Story shares, and related Giveaway content for promotional, marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes.
  • This usage may include, but is not limited to, Instagram posts, Instagram Stories, TikTok content, website content, digital advertisements, internal reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Participants agree that no additional approval, payment, or compensation will be required for such usage.

21. Privacy and Personal Information

  • Any personal information collected from the winner, including name, contact number, and delivery address, will be used solely for Giveaway administration, prize fulfilment, delivery, and verification purposes.
  • HIGH CULTURED® will not sell participants’ personal information to third parties.
  • The winner’s necessary delivery details may be shared with courier or logistics partners for the purpose of prize shipment.

22. Limitation of Liability

  • HIGH CULTURED® shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, technical issue, Instagram error, internet disruption, account restriction, delivery issue, or any other matter beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation, winner selection, prize fulfilment, or delivery.
  • Participants join this Giveaway at their own discretion and agree to release HIGH CULTURED® from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

23. Changes to the Giveaway

  • HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, extend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • This may include changes to the campaign period, winner announcement date, prize details, winner selection method, or any other Giveaway-related matter.
  • Any changes made by HIGH CULTURED® shall be final.

24. Instagram Disclaimer

  • This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • By participating, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to HIGH CULTURED® and not to Instagram.
  • Instagram shall not be responsible for any matter related to this Giveaway.

25. Acceptance of Terms

  • By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
  • Failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of HIGH CULTURED®.
