REFUND POLICY

Goods sold are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be given after the transaction is confirmed on www.highcultured.my. In cases where refunds are approved, they will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

Terms and conditions

  1. Refunds are eligible for full-priced items only and are provided in the form of store credit. Promotions, sales, and discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  3. Store credit codes will be emailed to the buyer's registered email address.

 

Store Credit

  1. Store credit has a validity of one month from the date it is issued. Once expired or if not redeemed within the validity period, it will not be reissued or extended.
  2. Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  3. Store credit is only eligible for use on www.highcultured.my and cannot be used in-store or on other platforms.
  4. Each store credit code is valid for one-time redemption, and each transaction allows the use of only one code.
  5. Store credit codes are valid for selected categories and cannot be used in conjunction with combo deals.
  6. Store credit will be issued up to 7 working days after an order cancellation is completed or a return is approved.

 

Important Note:

HIGH CULTURED will not entertain any disputes or complaints regarding refunds once the terms are fulfilled. HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
