Refund Policy

No cash refund policy shall apply after the transaction is confirmed at 

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation of order or item(s) before order processing.
  2. Request for return of goods.


Terms and conditions: 

  1. All refund will be performed in Store Credit only.
  2. Refund eligible for full priced items only.
  3. All promotion, sale, and combo items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. 4% transaction fees will be excluded from the sub-total refund amount, and shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
  5. Store credit is a code will be emailed to customer given email address, and it has validity of 2 months from the date issue.
  6. The store credit is only eligible for use in and not in-stores or other channels.
  7. The code is valid for one-time redemption and each transaction is valid for one code only.
  8. The store credit will be refunded within 24 hours after the cancellation is successful.
  9. Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  10. Code once expired and failure to redeem will not be entertained.
  11. High Cultured will not entertain any dispute or complaint raised on the refund.
