Shipping Policy

All shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. We'll provide standard delivery courier for local and international shipments. Customers are unable to choose delivery company.

  2. Orders processing within West Malaysia takes about 2 business days; while Sabah, Sarawak and International orders take 7 business days. Order processing cut-off time will be around 0930 on Monday to Friday (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).

  3. Tracking number will be emailed once courier driver has pickup your order. 

  4. House number, street names and Postcode must be correct and accurate. Failure to do so may risk your courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

  5. Customer are responsible to track your parcel status upon ordering after the shipping confirmation has been emailed.

  6. Strictly no refund for shipping fees.

  7. During peak time (Raya and Sale period), order processing will be extended longer than usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

  8. Free shipping for orders above RM100, within Malaysia only.

 

SHIPPING FEES

  • West Malaysia — RM7

  • East Malaysia and Labuan — RM15

  • Singapore — starting from RM71.00 for the first 1kg and subsequent every 1kg add RM10.00

  • Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM90.00 for the first 1kg and subsequent every 1kg add RM22.00

*Some items are calculated by Volumetric weight or its actual weight, whichever is higher.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY LEAD TIME (AFTER THE ORDER IS PROCESSING)

  • West Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days for your order to arrive.

  • East Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.

  • Singapore & Brunei: 5 - 8 working days for your order to arrive.

  • Indonesia & Thailand: 6 - 12 working days for your order to arrive.

*Additional 2 – 3 working days for delivery to outskirt areas, hills & Islands. Exceed the delivery lead time please contact courier services as soon as possible for further action.

 

COURIER SERVICES

Once your order is pick-up by the courier service, please contact the courier services for further inquiries.

Please locate your tracking number from Order History, or check the email of Shipping Confirmation and enter your tracking number in the courier website tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery.

Please note that tracking code activation take up to 24 hours once the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

 

IMPORTANT

HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for any parcel inquiries after 7 days of the tracking number that we have emailed to you. Please contact the courier company on your behalf.

Unclaimed parcel above 14 days at our warehouse will be automatic to be dispose of. Any appeals dispute will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.

HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
