Shipping Policy

All shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.



  1. We provide standard delivery courier for local and international shipments. Customers are unable to choose delivery company.

  2. Orders processing within West Malaysia takes about 2WD*; while Sabah, Sarawak and International orders take 7WD*.

  3. House number, street names and postcode must be correct and accurate. Failure to do so may risk your courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

  4. Tracking number will be emailed your order is ready for shipped. Please kindly check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in primary email.

  5. Customers are responsible to track their parcel status upon ordering after the shipping confirmation has been emailed.

  6. Strictly no refund for shipping fees.

  7. During peak time (Raya and Sale period), order processing will be extended longer than usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

  8. Free shipping for orders above RM100 is within Malaysia only.

  • West Malaysia — RM7

  • East Malaysia & Labuan — RM15

  • Singapore — starting from RM72 for the first 1kg and subsequent every 1kg add RM11

  • Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM97 for the first 1kg and subsequent every 1kg add RM24

Some items are calculated by Volumetric weight or its actual weight, whichever is higher.


EDT - Estimated Delivery Time:

  • West Malaysia: 1-3WD* for your order to arrive.
  • East Malaysia: 3-5WD* for your order to arrive.
  • Singapore & Brunei: 5-8WD* for your order to arrive.
  • Indonesia & Thailand: 6-12WD* for your order to arrive.

Exceed the delivery time please contact courier services as soon as possible for further action.

Once your order is pick-up by the courier service / drop-off at the courier center, you may contact the courier services for further inquiries.

Please locate your tracking number from Order History, or check the email of Shipping Confirmation and enter your tracking number in the courier website tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery.



HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for any parcel inquiries after 7 days of the tracking number that we have emailed to you. Please contact the courier company on your behalf.

Unclaimed parcel above 14 days at our warehouse will be automatic to be dispose of. Any appeals dispute will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.
