Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing HIGH CULTURED for your purchase. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order. We aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Please review our shipping policy and important information:-

  1. We ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international locations. Customers can’t choose the delivery company.
  2. We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses due to customs regulations and administrative complexities.
  3. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in delayed or failed delivery. Contact our customer service <here> if you need to correct your shipping details. Charges may apply for changes to state and new address. We can't ensure your request can be processed successfully if the parcel has been collected by courier. 
  4. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  5. All shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider. A tracking code will be emailed to your registered email address, but there is no proof of delivery (POD) is provided by HIGH CULTURED customer service. Please contact the courier company directly if you have shipping issues.

 

Purchase Limit per Order

Due to courier policy changes related to parcel loss, we have set a purchase limit for each order:

  • West Malaysia: Up to RM400 per order
  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): Up to RM300 per order

If your order exceeds this limit, please split it into two bills. Don’t worry about shipping fees — see below.

 

Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia — RM7.00
  • Labuan — RM15.00
  • East Malaysia  — starting from RM20 for the first 1kg
  • Singapore — starting from RM78.00 for the first 1kg
  • Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM105.00 for the first 1kg

Additional charges for each subsequent kilogram will be calculated at checkout (before payment). 

Free Shipping Promotion

  • Free shipping is available for all Malaysia orders above RM100 (West & East Malaysia).

Order Processing

Cut-off Time: every Monday to Thursday, 9:00 A.M.

  • West Malaysia: Handover to courier in 2 working days. 

  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) & International: Handover to courier on every Friday. The tracking code will be emailed on next Monday or Tuesday once once received from the logistics company (parcels may arrive earlier). 

Delay of Shipments

During peak periods (e.g. Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Mega Sales), order processing may take longer than usual due to higher volumes.

Tax Exclusion

 

Our products are not subject to any taxes.

For overseas buyers, please note that your package might be held by your country’s postal service or customs and treated as a dutiable item. Any import duties or related fees are to be borne by the buyer. Please monitor your tracking status and mailbox for updates.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

  • Approximately 2-4 working days for West Malaysia;
  • Approximately 5-7 working days for Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.
  • Approximately 6-12 working days for International Shipping.

(Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather, customs, or delivery to outskirt areas.)

Courier Services

  1. Peninsular Malaysia: eFMX. 
  2. Labuan: Multipro logitics. (then assigned to other providers, e.g. Flash)
  3. Sabah, Sarawak: Pos Malaysia. 
  4. International: Pos Malaysia. (then assigned to local couriers; please check for updated tracking codes)

 

IMPORTANT

We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed package, or other unforeseen reasons. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to have a high fraud risk. In such cases, we hold the final decision on whether compensation will be provided.

If you believeyou have received the wrong parcel, we will cover the return shipping fees. Please contact us immediately with your parcel details. 

HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to update or amend this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
