Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing HIGH CULTURED for your purchase. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order. We aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.


Please review our shipping policy and important information:-

  1. We ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international locations. Customers can’t choose the delivery company.
  2. We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses due to customs regulations and administrative complexities.
  3. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in delayed or failed delivery. Contact our customer service <here> if you need to correct your shipping details. Charges may apply for changes to state and new address.
  4. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  5. All shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider. A tracking code will be emailed to your registered email address, but there is no proof of delivery (POD) is provided by HIGH CULTURED customer service. Please contact the courier company directly if you have shipping issues.
  6. Please track your parcel on Tracking Malaysia website.



During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Mega Sales, order processing may take longer than usual due to a surge in online orders.



We offer free shipping on orders over RM100* within Malaysia. Online purchases below the minimum spending amount or to other countries will be subjected to the following shipping fee:-

  • West Malaysia — RM7
  • East Malaysia and Labuan — RM15
  • Singapore — starting from RM71.00 for the first 1kg, with an additional RM10.00 for every subsequent 1kg
  • Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM90.00 for the first 1kg, with an additional RM22.00 for every subsequent 1kg



Orders are typically processed within 1 - 7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on the destination:-

  • Approximately 1 – 3 business days for West Malaysia;
  • Approximately 3 – 5 business days for Sabah, Sarawak;
  • Approximately 5 – 8 business days for Singapore and Brunei;
  • Approximately 6 – 12 business days for Indonesia and Thailand.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, outskirt, customs processing, or other factors.



  1. For domestic shipping within Peninsular Malaysia, we use Ninja Van.
  2. For orders to Sabah and Sarawak, we use a third-party logistics company, Multipro, which may assign other couriers to deliver your package.
  3. For international shipping, we use Poslaju International Air Flight, which assigns the local shipping provider once the parcel arrives in your country.



We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed package, or other reasons. The package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is deemed to have a high fraud risk, and we reserve the final decision on whether or not to provide compensation if the order is found to be fraudulent.
