Shipping Policy

 

We ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international locations. Customers can’t choose the delivery company.

We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses due to customs regulations and administrative complexities.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in delayed or failed delivery. Contact our customer service <here> if you need to correct your shipping details. Charges may apply for changes to state and new address. We can't ensure your request can be processed successfully if the parcel has been collected by courier. 

Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

All shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider. A tracking code will be emailed to your registered email address, but there is no proof of delivery (POD) is provided by HIGH CULTURED customer service. Please contact the courier company directly if you have shipping issues.

During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Mega Sales, order processing may take longer than usual due to a surge in online orders. No orders are allowed to cancel due logistic delayed during these festivals period. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed package, or other reasons. The package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is deemed to have a high fraud risk, and we reserve the final decision on whether or not to provide compensation if the order is found to be fraudulent.
