Ecommerce Assistant

We are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to support daily office tasks and assist in responding to customer inquiries through online platforms. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via online and social media
  • Assist in checking order status and updating shipping information
  • Perform daily checks on product listing platforms, make sure product information is correct and to report any bugs/issues.
  • Help update product information such as stock, price, or product details
  • Key in data and update basic reports or trackers. 
  • Support the ecommerce team with daily tasks and ad hoc support

Requirements

  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required

  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Email, Word, and Excel is an added advantage

  • Responsible, courteous, and eager to learn
