Ecommerce Assistant
We are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to support daily office tasks and assist in responding to customer inquiries through online platforms. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via online and social media
- Assist in checking order status and updating shipping information
- Perform daily checks on product listing platforms, make sure product information is correct and to report any bugs/issues.
- Help update product information such as stock, price, or product details
- Key in data and update basic reports or trackers.

Support the ecommerce team with daily tasks and ad hoc support
Requirements

SPM leavers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required

Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Email, Word, and Excel is an added advantage
