Part-Time Event Crew

Pay

  • RM100/day (10 hours) 
  • Gratuity: RM20/day (given only with full attendance for the full event period — no absence or misconduct)

Job Scope

  • Deliver a welcoming customer experience with good energy and a friendly smile
  • Learn and follow the event flow: Greet customer → explain activity → guide to cashier for payment → support after-sales procedures
  • Assist customers and provide accurate promo info
  • Support brand awareness by encouraging customers to follow @highcultured on Instagram & TikTok 

Requirements

  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking to customers
  • Punctual, responsible, and able to stand for long hours
  • Able to work weekends / public holidays 

Training (Compulsory)

  • 1-day training is required, held 1 week before the event 
  • Attendance is mandatory 
  • Location: High Cultured HQ, Sungai Buloh 

Venue: MyTOWN Shopping Centre
