3. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
3.1 The Promotion is open to retail customers who complete a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period at the Participating Outlet.
3.2 Participation is voluntary. By participating or accepting a complimentary item, the customer confirms that the customer has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 The Organizer may reject any redemption where the customer fails to meet the Promotion requirements or presents an altered, duplicated, incomplete, invalid or suspicious receipt.
3.4 Purchases reasonably identified as being made for unauthorized commercial resale, abuse of the Promotion or fraudulent activity may be excluded at the Organizer’s reasonable discretion.
4. QUALIFYING PURCHASE
4.1 A “Qualifying Purchase” means a completed purchase of eligible High Cultured products at the Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period, with a minimum net spend of RM100 in a single transaction and on a single official receipt.
4.2 The qualifying amount will be calculated based on the final net amount paid after all discounts, promotional reductions, vouchers, store credits, refunds and other adjustments have been applied.
4.3 Separate receipts or transactions cannot be combined to meet the RM100 minimum spending requirement.
4.4 A transaction must not be artificially divided, duplicated or manipulated for the purpose of obtaining an entitlement beyond what is permitted under these Terms and Conditions.
4.5 Cancelled, declined, incomplete, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions do not qualify.
4.6 Delivery charges, alteration charges, gift-wrapping fees, service fees, deposits, gift card purchases and other non-product charges, where applicable, will not form part of the Qualifying Spend unless the Organizer expressly confirms otherwise.

5.5 The Complimentary Item is offered only in the designated Princeton White Polo Shirt style. No substitute product, color, design, voucher, cash, discount or store credit will be provided where the customer’s preferred size is unavailable.
6. REDEMPTION PROCESS
6.1 Redemption must be completed at the Participating Outlet immediately after payment and during the same store visit in which the Qualifying Purchase is completed.
6.2 The customer must present the original official receipt to authorised High Cultured staff. The receipt may be marked, stamped or recorded as redeemed.
6.3 The number of Complimentary Items issued must correspond with the entitlement shown by the final Qualifying Spend on the receipt.
6.4 Late redemption requests, future collection requests and redemption after the Promotion Period will not be accepted unless the Organizer gives prior written approval.

6.6 Once a receipt has been redeemed, the same receipt cannot be used again for a second redemption.
6.7 Failure to collect the Complimentary Item during the Promotion Period will be treated as a forfeiture of the customer’s entitlement.
7. STOCK AND SIZE AVAILABILITY
7.1 All Complimentary Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
7.2 All sizes are subject to availability at the time of redemption. The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of any particular size or quantity.
7.3 Where a customer qualifies for more than one Complimentary Item, each selected size remains subject to available promotional stock.
7.4 Customers are encouraged to confirm promotional stock and size availability with store staff before completing payment. A Qualifying Purchase does not reserve stock before payment has been completed and the official receipt has been issued.
7.5 Items placed in a shopping basket, fitting room, checkout queue or payment queue are not considered reserved.
7.6 Customers cannot reserve, hold, pre-book or transfer Complimentary Items between outlets.
7.7 The Organizer is not required to replenish promotional stock, provide a rain check, issue a replacement voucher or grant a future collection entitlement after the allocated promotional stock has been fully redeemed.
8. STATUS OF COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS
8.1 Complimentary Items have no cash value and cannot be sold back to the Organizer, redeemed for cash, converted into store credit, exchanged for vouchers or applied as a discount against another purchase.
8.2 Complimentary Items are not transferable as a promotional entitlement before redemption. Once collected, ownership passes to the customer, subject to the return and refund provisions in Clause 10.
8.3 Complimentary Items are not eligible for exchange due to change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection by the customer.
9. INSPECTION, DEFECTS AND CONDITION
9.1 Customers should inspect each Complimentary Item before leaving the Participating Outlet.
9.2 Any visible manufacturing defect, damage or incorrect item issued by store staff must be reported immediately at the redemption counter.
9.3 Where the Organizer confirms a manufacturing defect, a replacement may be provided subject to available stock. If no replacement stock is available, the Organizer will provide a reasonable remedy in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
9.4 Normal variations in color, stitching, print placement, packaging or finishing that do not affect the intended use of the item will not automatically be treated as a defect.
9.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any consumer right or remedy which cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
10.1 Where any purchased product forming part of a Qualifying Purchase is returned, cancelled or refunded, the customer’s promotional entitlement will be recalculated based on the remaining final purchase amount.
10.2 The customer must return any Complimentary Items received above the recalculated entitlement.
10.3 Example: if the original final purchase amount was RM300 and the remaining amount after a return becomes RM180, the customer remains entitled to one Complimentary Item and must return the other two Complimentary Items.
10.4 Any Complimentary Item required to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
10.5 Where a required Complimentary Item is not returned, is incomplete or is not in its original condition, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct the stated retail value of the unreturned Complimentary Item from the refund amount, subject to applicable law.
10.6 An exchange of purchased products that does not reduce the remaining final purchase amount below the relevant RM100 threshold will not reduce the customer’s promotional entitlement.
10.7 All purchased products remain subject to the Organizer’s standard return and exchange policy and applicable Malaysian consumer law.
11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION
11.1 Customers must not alter, reproduce, duplicate, sell, transfer or misuse a receipt for the purpose of obtaining an unauthorized redemption.
11.2 Customers must not attempt to redeem the same receipt more than once or manipulate payment records, refunds, transactions or store processes to obtain more Complimentary Items than permitted.
11.3 The Organizer may reject, cancel or reverse a redemption where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, dishonest conduct, system manipulation, unauthorized resale activity or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.4 The Organizer may request reasonable proof of purchase or other information necessary to verify eligibility.
12. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND INTERPRETATION
12.1 Posters, social media posts, digital advertisements, in-store displays and other promotional materials provide a summary of the Promotion and must be read together with these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 Where there is any inconsistency between a shortened promotional statement and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
12.3 Images of the Complimentary Item used in promotional materials are for presentation purposes. Minor variations in appearance, packaging or finishing may occur.
12.4 Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
13. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
13.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, stock issues, technical problems, safety concerns, legal requirements or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
13.2 The Organizer may suspend, shorten, extend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion where reasonably required.
13.3 Any material update will be communicated through the Participating Outlet, the Organizer’s official website or official social media channels where reasonably practicable.
13.4 Any amendment will not unfairly affect a valid redemption completed before the revised terms take effect.
14. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
14.1 The Organizer will not be responsible for a customer’s failure to redeem within the Promotion Period, failure to verify stock availability before payment or loss of the original receipt.
14.2 The Organizer will not be responsible for lost, damaged, unreadable, duplicated, altered or unauthorized receipts.
14.3 The Organizer will not be responsible for stock or size unavailability resulting from high demand, provided the Promotion is administered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14.4 The Organizer will not be liable for delays, interruptions or cancellation caused by events outside its reasonable control, including payment network interruptions, system failures, emergencies, government restrictions, mall closures, natural events or other operational disruptions.
14.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
15. CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES AND DISPUTES
15.1 Any question, complaint or dispute relating to the Promotion should be raised with the High Cultured Fahrenheit88 team together with the original receipt and relevant supporting information.
15.2 The Organizer will review each matter in good faith based on the available records, the circumstances and these Terms and Conditions.
15.3 The Organizer’s decision concerning eligibility, receipt verification, stock allocation and redemption will be final, subject to any right or remedy available under applicable Malaysian law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
16.2 The Promotion is subject to all applicable consumer protection, trade practice and other legal requirements in Malaysia.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
