E-commerce Coordinator
An E-commerce Coordinator is the central hub for an online store’s daily operations—bridging platform management, marketing execution, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience. This is a hands-on role to keep everything running smoothly, from product uploads to delivery, ensuring the store stays healthy, accurate, and conversion-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Platform & Product Management: Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, daily platform health checks (bug-free checkout) and provides a seamless checkout experience.
- Operation & Inventory Control: Stock monitoring to prevent overselling, keeping inventory levels synchronized, support in order fulfilment and ensure they're collected by the courier on time.
- Customer Service (Pre & Post Sales): Reply to customer inquiries, guide before purchase (size/stock/promo), and resolve after purchase (delivery/returns/exchanges).
- Marketing & Sales support: Campaign execution in new launch, social media posts, email etc, assisting the KOLs and tracking the performance of their contents.
- Backup Livestream: Contribute to developing company TikTok Live and presence.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Using tools to monitor daily traffic, conversion rates, and cart abandonment, preparing weekly or monthly reports for management to highlight top-selling products and ROI on promotions.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or 1-year working experience in equivalent fields
- Fresh grads welcome to apply
- adept multitasking, and good teamwork, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiar with AI tools to support daily work (e.g., content drafting, reporting, and task efficiency)
- Able to meet the deadline for both planned and ad hoc tasks
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PPT
- Familiarity with online platforms and marketplace backends like TikTok/Shopee Seller Center
