Dear customers, goods sold are non-refundable. However, exchanges are allowed for normal-priced items (items that were purchased without any discount and paid at full price) within 7 days of receipt for local customers.
Terms and conditions of an exchange:
An exchange will be done if we sent you the defective/faulty item(s) and it is granted for one-time per order id. No refunds are allowed for any returned item.
All sale merchandise, combo items, underwear, socks, caps, free gifts and accessories can't be returned for an exchange.
Return Form must be disclosed in the return parcel to expedite the exchange process, it's also avoided your package being "ignored" upon arrival at our warehouse.
Customers have to cover the round-trip postage fees for the return & new delivery for your exchange. Please send the item back by registered mail. For more information, please reach out our team.
Exchanges of an item only can be completed if it's in original condition (unwashed, tag intact, unworn, and unaltered), sticker on boxes can't be removed or altered in any form. Exchanges of an item that do not meet all of the above conditions will be duly declined.
There may be a ±1inch difference in our given measurements. Please allow a 5% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting and different devices. In such cases, the variance may not be considered a defect.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece, and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
Refund will be made in the form of a store credit if the item has run out of stock for exchange and to be offset on your next purchase. Kindly take note that the store credit is strictly non-refundable and validity for a month. You may contact us to reserve the item for you in advance.
*Please provide an unboxing video and take a snapshot of the defective, submit to our email and we will reply you within 48-working-hour. Please aware that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from our High Cultured online store www.highcultured.my.
Exclusion: Under the following situations, we refuse any return or exchange if the product is lost/damaged due to: -
- natural disasters or fire;
- products damaged by misuse, improper care, or negligence;
- accidents (including pet damage), and soiled or contaminated products;
- products showing any form of damages that customers did not inform or provide proof to us;
- products that have a smell of cigarette or perfume which indicating excessive wear and tear;
- parcels lost during transit when return to us.
Important Note: Unclaimed parcels that remain in our warehouse for more than 14 days will be disposed of automatically. Please contact us ASAP. Any appeals or disputes will be ignored after 14 days from the date of the email we sent you, and no refunds will be issued.
