Dear customers, good sold are non-refundable. Exchange is allowed for normal-priced item(s) within 7 days upon receipt for local customers.
An exchange will be done if we sent you the defective/faulty item(s) and it is granted for one-time per invoice. No refunds are allowed for any returned item.
All sale merchandise, combo items, underwear, socks, caps, free gifts and accessories can't be returned for an exchange.
Please include your Return Form in the parcel when you return.
Exchanges of an item(s) only can be completed if it's in original condition (unwashed, tag intact, unworn, and unaltered), sticker on boxes can't be removed or altered in any form. Exchanges of an item(s) that do not meet all of the above conditions will be duly declined.
There may be a +/- 1inch difference in our given measurements. Please allow a 10% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered a defect.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece, and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
Do note that customers will have to bear the round-trip costs of the return shipments. All return parcels are required to be posted by registered mail.
Refund will be made in the form of a store credit if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchange and to be offset on your next purchase. Kindly take note that the store credit is strictly non-refundable and validity for a month.

*Please provide an unboxing video and take a snapshot of the defective area, submit your return requests to our email and we will reply you within 48-hour during working hour. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from our online store www.highcultured.my.
Under these following situations, we don't accept a return or exchange if the product(s) lost/damaged due to:-
- natural disasters or fire;
- products damaged by misuse, improper care or negligence;
- accidents (including pet damage), and soiled or contaminated;
- products showing any form of damages which customers did not inform or proof to us;
- products have smell of cigarette or perfume which showing excessive wear and tear;
- parcel lost during transit when return to us.
