TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the giveaway published on HIGH CULTURED®’s official social media account, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Organizer

• The giveaway is organized by HIGH CULTURED® through its official social media account. The giveaway title, theme, game question, campaign period, prize, participation requirements, and winner announcement details will be stated in the official social media post.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open only to participants who are able to provide a valid delivery address within Malaysia. Participants must have a valid and active social media account.
• The account used to participate must remain public until the winner has been announced and verified. Entries that cannot be verified due to private account settings may be disqualified.

3. Campaign Period

• The giveaway will begin and end on the dates and times stated in the official social media post. All entries must be submitted before the stated closing time.
• Late entries will not be accepted. HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to amend or extend the campaign period where necessary.

4. Participation Requirements

• Participants must complete all participation steps stated in the official social media post.
• All required actions must be completed within the campaign period. Incomplete, unclear, hidden, deleted, or unverifiable entries may be disqualified.

5. Entry Requirements

• Participants must submit an answer or entry that follows the question, theme, format, and instructions stated in the official social media post.
• Entries must be clear, relevant, original, and appropriate. Copied, unrelated, offensive, misleading, automated, or spam-like entries will not be accepted.

6. Tagging Requirements

• Where the official social media post requires participants to tag friends, all tagged accounts must be valid and visible.
• Entries containing fake accounts, inactive accounts, spam accounts, brand accounts, or inappropriate accounts may be disqualified.

7. Repost or Sharing Requirements

• Where reposting or sharing is required, participants must use the relevant social media platform’s sharing or reposting function.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that HIGH CULTURED® is able to verify the repost or share. HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for entries that cannot be verified due to private settings, deleted content, expired content, missing tags, account restrictions, or technical issues.

8. Multiple Entries

• Multiple entries are permitted only where stated in the official social media post.
• Where multiple entries are permitted, each entry must meet all participation requirements. Duplicate, copied, automated, or spam-like entries may not be counted.

9. Winner Selection

• The number of winners and the winner selection method will follow the details stated in the official social media post.
• Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected based on the relevance, creativity, and originality of their entries, together with their completion of all giveaway requirements.
• All decisions made by HIGH CULTURED® regarding winner selection are final and not subject to appeal.

10. Winner Announcement

• The winner will be announced on the date, time, and platform stated in the official social media post.
• The winner may also be contacted through a direct message from HIGH CULTURED®’s official account. Participants are responsible for checking the official announcement and their direct messages.

11. Winner Response Period

• The selected winner must respond within forty-eight hours from the winner announcement and provide all requested verification and delivery information.
• HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to select another winner if the selected winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, provides incomplete information, refuses the prize, or does not meet the eligibility and participation requirements.

12. Prize

• The prize and the total number of winners will be stated in the official social media post.
• All prize designs, colors, sizes, models, and variations are subject to stock availability. HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to select the final prize variation or replace an unavailable prize with another item of similar value.

13. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, store credit, vouchers, or other compensation.
• Prize exchange requests will not be accepted at HIGH CULTURED® physical stores, retail outlets, event booths, through face-to-face arrangements, or through online customer service channels.

14. Delivery

• The prize will only be delivered to a valid address within Malaysia.
• The winner must provide an accurate full name, contact number, delivery address, postcode, city, and state.
• HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner. Additional delivery charges resulting from a returned parcel must be paid by the winner.

15. Verification

• HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to verify all entries and request proof that participants have completed the required giveaway steps.
• Failure to provide proof when requested may result in disqualification.

16. Disqualification

• HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, spam-like, submitted through fake accounts, created through automated systems, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Entries that violate the relevant social media platform’s terms of use or community guidelines may also be disqualified.

17. Promotional Usage

• By participating, participants grant HIGH CULTURED® permission to repost, publish, share, display, or use their entries, usernames, social media handles, comments, reposts, and related giveaway content for promotional and marketing purposes.
• No additional approval, payment, or compensation will be provided for such use.

18. Personal Information

• Personal information collected from the winner will only be used for giveaway administration, verification, prize fulfilment, and delivery.
• Necessary delivery information may be shared with courier or logistics partners for prize delivery purposes.

19. Limitation of Liability

• HIGH CULTURED® will not be responsible for technical errors, internet disruptions, account restrictions, platform issues, lost entries, delivery delays, or other matters outside its reasonable control.

20. Changes to the Giveaway

• HIGH CULTURED® reserves the right to amend, postpone, extend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated through HIGH CULTURED®’s official social media account where appropriate.

21. Social Media Disclaimer

• The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated.
• Participants provide their information to HIGH CULTURED® and not to the social media platform.

22. Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they agree to these Terms & Conditions and the instructions stated in the official social media post.
• Failure to comply with any requirement may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of HIGH CULTURED®.
