UPDATED INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO COVID-19

Pos Malaysia temporary suspension of outbound international parcel (except Singapore) on 3 Aug 2020 until further notice due to service impacts related to Covid-19, which include varying levels of restrictions across destination countries on flights, airport closures and cross border services.

All shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

(A) DELIVERY POLICY

  1. HIGH CULTURED® offers free shipment on all orders with min. spending of RM80 within Malaysia shipping address only.
  2. Orders processing take 3 working during weekday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the next working day. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.
  3. HIGH CULTURED® only use Poslaju and ABX as the standard delivery courier for local delivery, and Pos Malaysia for international delivery.
  4. We deliver all orders using standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.
  5. The buyer bears the responsibility for the correct input of the delivery address; in case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, HIGH CULTURED® cannot be held responsible for the loss of the shipment. In case HIGH CULTURED® needs additional information regarding a delivery address, the buyer may be approached by HIGH CULTURED® in order to provide additional information. A delay in the delivery may occur in case additional information regarding the delivery address is needed.
    HIGH CULTURED® will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the expected delivery terms to the delivery address. HIGH CULTURED® cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of an order.
  6. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. If buyer fail to sign the parcel, please contact the courier centre within the specified time frame for the next day delivery or self-pickup. HIGH CULTURED® do not entertain any inquiries about the delay of shipment once your orders have been handled to the courier centre. HIGH CULTURED® will not entertain or responsible for any lost, damaged or faulty parcel after 7 working days of tracking number that we sent to buyer. Please liase with the courier center at your end. 
  7. Tracking number will only be sent via email after 3 working days of order processing, do contact the courier services with your tracking number for further inquiries.
  8. Strictly no refund for shipping & handling fees.
  9. Preorders estimated shipping time is 1-2 months from cut of date.
  10. Shipping fee is subject to change in anytime without prior notice.

 

(B) PEAK SEASONS

During peak seasons & promotional period, order processing may be extended longer than usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders - It is advised to place your orders one weeks in advance in addition to the regular lead time required for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Year End Sale, etc. HIGH CULTURED® will not responsible for the delay of the shipment or if the delivery cannot be implemented. 

 

(C) LOCAL SHIPPING 

(C.1) Poslaju 
Peninsular Malaysia: RM10.00 each transaction.
Sabah & Sarawak: RM15.00 with each transaction.

(D) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(D.1) Pos Malaysia 
Order processing will take up to 7 working days during weekday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
ETA for Singapore & Brunei: 21 days*
ETA for Indonesia & Thailand: 25 days*

 



*Estimated delivery days are depends on Poslaju services and shipping locations. Delivery to rural areas may take longer time.
*Any updates of deliveries days is depends on the courier company due to custom procedure and shipping locations.

 

 

(E) TRACKING

Please copy the tracking number from your email to see the status of your order delivery. Code activation may take up to 24 hours.

(E.2) INTERNATIONAL ORDER TRACKING 
Customer can only track the parcel at Pos Malaysia before it has transit to overseas. We can't track the packages shipped internationally once it leaves Malaysia, we are not responsible for the packages shipped to international addressses. We are not responsible for any customs fees or shippers fees you will uncur or for adelays because of the customs. We have no way to of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or no. If you do we are not responsible and you will not reimbursed.

 

 

(F) MISSING OF ITEMS***

Please always refuse to accept any parcel which seems the package has been sealed back with tapes, glue, double side tapes, or other unknown packaging.
In case some items are missing from your online order, contact us first. Then, check if the package is damaged. As some shipments go through a long routes, sometimes unpleasant things happen, and the packages get damaged or could be lost. In the meantime, please report to Poslaju within 48-hours otherwise the claims can't be done:

  1. Download the Poslaju PP1 form ,fill in the details and send email to Poslaju [email protected] and CC us at [email protected].
  2. Attached some pictures and invoice/receipt at the email to proof.
  3. Remember MUST get the Feedback Reference Number: I-1234 1234 12345 from Poslaju and inform us.
  4. Everything MUST have a copies with you, please take pictures on everything to makesure that you won't missed anything important. 

***THIS SUBMSSION MUST BE DONE WITHIN 48-HOURS AFTER RECEIVEING THE PARCEL. OTHERWISE, CLAIMS CANT BE DONE.***

 

(E) NOTES: 

To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address, contact number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner. Second delivery fee will cost on the customer once the parcel is returned back to us by the courier company. This unclaimed parcel should be collected within 25 business days after it has successfully arrived at our warehouse. Should no one be available to collect the parcel, the order may be forfeited after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund any amount that you have spent on your order. Any appeals/complaints will be ignored and no refund shall be applied. HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in any time without prior notice.

HIGH CULTURED WILL NOT ENTERTAIN OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR FAULTY PARCEL AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS OF TRACKING NUMBER THAT WE SENT TO YOU. PLEASE LIAISE WITH THE COURIER CENTER AT YOUR END.
