GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
West Malaysia orders processing take 2-3 working days while Sabah, Sarawak and International orders take 7 working days for processing.
We will use standard delivery courier for local/international delivery and customer is not allow to choose delivery company.
House number, street names and Postcode must be correct and accurate. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
High Cultured will not entertain any inquiries about the delay of shipment once your orders have been handled to the courier centre. It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after the shipping confirmation has been emailed. Please contact the courier centre for further inquiries.
If you fail to sign the parcel, please contact the courier centre customer service within 24 hour for the next delivery or pickup. Otherwise, customer have to pay the re-route cost if parcel return to us.
Unclaimed parcel due to ANY REASONS, customer is required to pay the shipping & handling fees. Please email us for payment and shipping arrangement.
If returned parcel is unclaimed for more than 25 days at our warehouse. The items will be automatic to be dispose of. Any appeals/complaints will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.

During peak seasons or sale periods, order processing may be extended longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders. It is advised to place your order 7 days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
