Return Policy

ALL GOODS SOLD are non-refundable and non-returnable.

(A) GENERAL TERMS:
  1. All items must be returned in original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
  2. All promotions, discount, combo items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We accept returns for defect items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact and return within 7 days after receiving your order.
  3. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. 
  4. Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, no cash refund policy shall apply.
  5. Footwear must be in the original tags attached. Sticker on the shoebox should not be removed or altered in any form. 
  6. For hygienic reasons, we do not offer exchange for accessories, knitwear,s underwears, socks and caps.
  7. Exchange Policy is granted for 1-time only for each full-priced item.
  8. If the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant period from receipt of order, customers will not be entitled to an exchange.  
  9. Exchange Policy only valid in Malaysia. We do not offer merchandise exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally.
  10. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
 
(B) PURCHASE FROM ONLINE:
  1. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Customers will not be entitled to an exchange if the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of parcel, therefore we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense. 
  3. The evaluation process may take up to 14 business days from when we received the returned item.
  4. Pack the item and your completed returns in its original packing material.
  5. Customers must send us the clear and complete picture of consignment note.
  6. Except for exchange, we only refund in store credit and customer shall receive it via registered email. The store credit has a validity of 3 months and is only eligible for use in www.highcultured.my and not in stores.
  7. The difference will not be returned if the price of exchange item is lower than the original item. 
  8. Shipping charges for size/colour exchange are to be borne by the customers.
  9. Print and fill out the Return Form.
  10. Visit to any nearest Poslaju branch and post it to the following address:

(B.1) PURCHASE FROM STORES:

  • Customer must go back to the same outlet for an exchange. 
  • The original receipt must be presented, if not, will not be entertained. Exchange valid within 7 days from the date of the purchased, for normal-priced-items only.
  • The difference will not be returned if the price of exchange item is lower than the original item. 
  • Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.

 

(C) INCORRECT  / FAULTY / MISSING OF ITEM:

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us via email, and provide pictures and Order ID as well.

Customer must return the item(s) to us in original condition, and a replacement will be sent where the item is still available.

Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by High Cultured.

Please send us the original receipt and show us the picture of the consignment note for reference.

Missing Items:
Please always refuse to accept any parcel which seems the package has been sealed with tapes, glue, double side-tapes, or other unknown packaging.

In case some items are missing from your online order, contact us first. Then, check if the package is damaged. As some shipments go through a long routes, sometimes unpleasant things happen, and the packages get damaged or could be lost. In the meantime, please report to the courier centre within 48-hours otherwise the claims can't be done:

Poslaju:

  1. Download the Poslaju PP1 form ,fill in the details and send email to Poslaju care@pos.com.my and email CC us at highculturedonline@gmail.com.
  2. Attached proof of pictures and receipt at the email.
  3. Remember must collect the Feedback Reference Number: I-1234 1234 12345 from Poslaju counter and inform us.
  4. Please make sure everything have a copies with you, just take pictures on everything so you won't missed out the thing important. 

^*THE SUBMISSION MUST BE DONE WITHIN 48-HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE PARCEL. OTHERWISE, CLAIMS CAN'T BE DONE.

 

 NOTES:

HIGH CULTURED WILL NOT ENTERTAIN OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED, OR FAULTY PARCEL AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS OF THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT WE SENT TO YOU. PLEASE CONTACT THE RELEVANT CARRIER ON THE BUYER'S BEHALF.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items within seven (7) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.

Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by HIGH CULTURED. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
