Q1. Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?
Regarding our company policy, all goods sold are not refundable. No cash refund shall be applied once the order/transaction is confirmed. 


Q2. What courier service do you use to ship my orders? 
We will use Poslaju as our standard delivery courier for local delivery, and use Pos Malaysia for international delivery.
ABX Express only valid for Penisular Semenanjung only.


Q3. Can I buy from online and self-collect at your stores? 
No, it is not allowed. 


Q4. I don't have any cards or online banking, do you accept cash deposit? 
Yes, we accept cash deposit that paid at Maybank branch only. (Refer to Q5, No.5)

Q6. Why I can't track my tracking number that you sent to my email?
Don't worried, please try again after 24-hour at Poslaju Track & Trace / ABX Track. They take time to update the code into their system.


Q7. Costs for returning for an exchanged.
Buyer have to paid the both-way shipping fees at Pos laju branches / ABX branches. Please read our Return Policy here


Q8. I choose the wrong size / colour of an item at online store, can I exchange? 
You may contact HIGH CULTURED® Team before our staff post out your order.
Please choose carefully to avoid any delay in order processing.

If your order has been posted, buyer need to bear the shipping fees to return the parcel back to us, and also the shipping fee to re-post to buyer. 
Therefore, shop wisely. 


Q9. When my orders will be shipped? How long does the delivery usually takes?
All order will ship out within 3 working days during weekdays, except weekends and public holidays. Delivery usually will takes about another 3 days+ depends on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.


Q10. Why I have not receive the tracking number?
Tracking number will sent via email after 3 working days of order processing. 


Q11. I made online payment successful, but I did not received the Order ID via email notification immediately. What can I do?
1) Check your email spam/junk folder; or
2) Screenshot and send us the cart lists and your complete transaction slip (your account no./ paid account number and name/total paid amount/date of transaction made/reference no.) to [email protected] as soon as possible. In case HIGH CULTURED® needs additional information regarding the payment proof and verifying, buyer may be approached by HIGH CULTURED® in order to provide additional information. 


Q12. I want to return my pant because the size is too loose for me. Can I exchange for smaller size?
All sale items cannot be exchanged for size or colour. Please read full of our Return & Exchange Policy before you contact our team. 


Q13. Do you offer loyalty points or reward points?
Loyalty points is only for High Cultured membership. Point is only available to purchase at boutique. Redemption is based on periodic event at stores (check at the stores).


Q14. What is the benefits of membership Privilege?
Membership is free admission and active lifetime. Members can enjoy lifetime 10% discount on normal-priced items. Birthday treats within the week: one (1) week before and after the birthday date can enjoy 20% discount on full-priced items. Applicable High Cultured stores in Malaysia only. Not valid for any promotional items. Members need to present either Contact Number or NRIC number at time of purchase to enjoy our exclusive member’s privilege.


Q15. How can I apply for a membership? 
Fill in the application form with full details after you spend a minimum of RM300 in a single receipt at any High Cultured stores in Malaysia.


Q16. How do purchase my order at online store?

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click on the products you wish to purchase → Choose Size / Colour → Click “Add to cart” button
  2. Click “Checkout” to view Oder Summary →  Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. Fill in your details at Customer Info, Log in or Register An Account.
  4. Customer must login to use the Coupon: Insert the coupon code and click "Apply" 
  5. Click "Continue to shipping method” → From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click "Continue” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method & check the agreement, then click “Place Your Order” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q17. How to Sign up for a new account?

Q18. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log in to your account → Click on “My Account” → Click "Edit" on My default adddresses → "Edit/Delete"


Q19. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1. Click on “Forgot Password” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
2. Click Continue.
3. A verification token will be sent to you via email. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q20. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
No, all orders can not be canceled once it is confirmed.


Q21. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).


Q22. Do you ship to other countries?
We have ship to Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and Indonesia at the moment.
