A. General Terms and Conditions
Orders processing take 2-3 working days while International orders take 7 working days for processing.
We will use standard delivery courier for local/international delivery and customer is not allow to choosedelivery company.
House number, street names and Postcode must be correct and accurate. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
High Cultured will not entertain any inquiries about the delay of shipment once your orders have been handled to the courier centre. Please always check your email for the tracking number and contact the courier centre for further inquiries.
If you fail to sign the parcel, please contact the courier centre customer service within 24 hour for the next delivery or pickup.
Unclaimed parcel due to ANY REASONS, customer is required to pay the shipping & handling fees. Please email us for payment and shipping arrangement.
If returned parcel is unclaimed for more than 25 days at our warehouse. The items will be automatic to be dispose of. Any appeals/complaints will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.
Strictly no refund for shipping & handling fees.
Shipping fee is subjected to change in anytime without prior notice.
B. Peak Seasons
During peak seasons or sale periods, order processing may be extended longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.
It is advised to place your order 7 days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.

Singapore — starting from RM71.00 for the first 1 kg and subsequent every 0.5kg add RM5.00
Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM90.00 for the first 1 kg and subsequent every 0.5kg add RM11.00

West Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days for your order to arrive.
East Malaysia: 1 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Singapore & Brunei: 4 - 6 working days for your order to arrive.
Indonesia & Thailand: 4 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Additional 2 – 3 working days for delivery to outskirt areas, hills & Islands. Exceed the delivery lead time please contact courier service as soon as possible for further action.
